The samsung rogue is launched last year, and in recent i just notice there are many owners of the samsung rogue complains about the samsung rogue pc studio software problems from vzw offical support area.

after search some information online,here it is my advise,

uninstall and re-install BlackBerry® Desktop Software from the CD that came with blackberry Curve, the correct USB drivers should be installed well. so this step to make sure the USB Driver is Good

Installed the blackberry Media Sync software, when the blackberry curve 8530 desktop & Media Sync re-install, connect the device and then clicked on the device and went out and updated the drivers again and this time it worked.
